October 2004 - The first ever Bassment night at the now no longer PoNaNA featured a little-known producer by the name of Sub Focus
who had a couple of releases on Frequency Recordings under his belt. Fast forward to the present, with every release on Ram records becoming an instant-anthem and a lot of them gaining daytime Radio 1 airplay, not to mention the long-awaited album just around the corner, we have invited him back to see how far we have come too.
Our second headliner is a man who's output over the last few years has been anything if not prolific - he's roughly averaged a whopping 36 releases a year since 2006, and all of them are sick. You'd be hard pressed to find a DJ who doesn't have at least a few tunes by Break at the front of his or her bag.
This month our guest DJ is Djinn from Manchester's Oh My Gosh night (playing in both dnb and dubstep rooms), and guest MC is Bassline MC from Essence of Chi.
Resident Bassment DJ's on duty for this one are Deba & Archaic and Linus & Smuntee.
Once again Resonance will be providing the dubstep in Mango's covered, heated garden, joining the Resonance crew on mic duties is one of our new residents MC Sense.
